DRIVER DOCUMENTATION
The safety and well being of both our guests and volunteers is very important to AHTN. Every driver for AHTN must have current copies of the following documents on file.

Drivers license

Insurance card

Completed each time a new Insurance card is submitted.​

The last 4 digits of your social security number.

This is used to pull a Driver History Report - completed every 3 years.

Current background check

Needs to be completed every 3 years.​
