Bus Driver Documentation

The safety and well being of both our guests and volunteers is very important to AHTN. Every driver for AHTN must have current copies of the following documents on file. 

  • Drivers license

  • Insurance card

  • The last 4 digits of your social security number.

    • This is used to pull a Driver History Report - completed every 3 years.

  • Current background check

    • Needs to be completed every 3 years.​

Bus Team Training Dates

Bus Trainings are for current AHTN Volunteers only. Before signing up for Driver or Attendant Training, you must have attended a Volunteer Orientation and completed a background check. Refresher courses are only for AHTN Volunteers who are already current bus team members.

As of March 2020, AHTN has cancelled ALL Volunteer Training due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Once we are "safe" to begin transporting both volunteers & guests in our vehicles, new training dates will be determined. 

 

 

Bus Driver Training

All training will take place from 9-12pm and space is limited. Sign up on the VolunteerHub is required. All paperwork must be submitted to attend training.
